Dayna Weiss

Dayna Weiss is a seasoned professional in talent enablement and technology, currently serving as Tech Enablement Director for People Technology at UnitedHealth Group since December 2021. With a progressive career at UnitedHealth Group, Dayna has held various roles including Associate Director of Talent Enablement Solution Design and Manager of Intake & Consultation, starting as a Content Administrator in 2010. Prior experience includes positions as Staffing Coordinator at The Hartford and Staffing Specialist at ManpowerGroup. Dayna holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
