Gina Montefusco

Gina Montefusco currently serves as the Director of People Development at UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities include developing enterprise-wide learning opportunities and leadership programs while providing individual coaching. Previously, Gina held the position of Associate Director of People Development, leading targeted solutions for Accelerated Leadership Development. As the Founder and CEO of Frank, Coaching and Consulting, Gina has coached executive leaders from renowned organizations. Additional experience includes roles in clinical planning and HR consulting at NBBJ Design and Seattle Children's Hospital, respectively, where Gina developed leadership training and change management programs. Gina holds a Master's degree in Nursing Administration and multiple degrees in Psychology, Human Resource Management, and Nursing.
