Lambert van der Walde

Lambert van der Walde serves as the SVP and Executive Director of the Center for Health Care Research at UnitedHealth Group, where leadership encompasses a diverse team focused on policy, data, and financial analysis to drive health care innovation and partnerships with academic institutions. Lambert also contributes as a board member for both Quantum Leap Healthcare Collaborative and the Thomas S. Foley Institute for Public Policy and Public Service. Previously, Lambert founded van der Walde & Co., a health care finance and policy advisory firm, and served as a Capital Markets Advisor for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Lambert holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BA in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Washington.
