Liz Possee Corthell

Liz Possee Corthell, MFA, currently serves as a Principal Service Designer at UnitedHealth Group, leading strategic design initiatives for Medicaid, Medicare, and Dual Special Needs Plan Members. Liz's previous roles include Senior Experience Strategist at Mad*Pow, where design research and futures thinking were applied to address client challenges, and Human-Centered-Design Facilitator at Affirm Lab, conducting co-design sessions for gender-affirming psychotherapy training. Recognized with the Next Generation Foresight Practitioner Community Award, Liz played a pivotal role in establishing a Health Futures Lab focused on connecting healthcare industry members. Educational qualifications include a Master of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
