Lorraine Houlahan has extensive experience in revenue cycle management and patient accounts, currently serving as the Manager of Revenue Cycle Management - Patient Accounts at North Shore-LIJ Health System since November 2007. Lorraine excels in coordinating revenue cycle strategies, identifying payment obstacles, and engaging with insurance providers to enhance documentation quality. Additionally, Lorraine has managed the Credit Variance Division at UnitedHealth Group, demonstrating strong analytical skills in monitoring payer trends.
