Peggi Tobias

Peggi Tobias has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as Vice President/Head of HR at UnitedHealth Group, overseeing both UHC Community & State and UHC Global Business Segment. Since joining UnitedHealth Group in February 2015, Peggi has led initiatives to enhance onboarding programs, drive strategic early career talent initiatives, and collaborate with senior leaders to address talent gaps. Prior to this, Peggi contributed to Target for over 13 years in various leadership roles, where notable achievements included the development of a global talent management strategy and the successful implementation of a talent management system impacting 65,000 users. Peggi's career also includes leadership roles in training and marketing at Alliant Foodservice and Nordic Track, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition from North Dakota State University.
