Sandy Sandoval-Tarre is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in network management and care coordination. Currently serving as Senior Network Manager at UnitedHealthcare Global since August 2011, Sandy oversees the development and execution of the health provider network strategy for Latin America and the Caribbean, addressing operational concerns related to access, client experience, and vendor performance. Previously, as International Network Manager for LATAM & Caribbean, Sandy led the strategic growth of a healthcare provider network across 37 countries. Prior to this role, Sandy was a Senior Care Manager at American Elder Care, where management of care coordination involved overseeing services for over 120 seniors through a network of 300+ healthcare vendors in Tampa Bay.
