Sarah Park

Sarah Park is a highly skilled pharmacist with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as the IV Services Supervisor and Staff Pharmacist at UnitedRx since January 2022, Sarah is responsible for optimizing medication regimens for residents across over 150 long-term care facilities in the Midwest. Prior experience includes roles at Cardinal Health, where Sarah focused on compliance with 340B contracts, and at Jewel-Osco, providing care during the COVID-19 pandemic. As a Pharmacy Manager at Safeway, Sarah led day-to-day operations and patient care initiatives. Sarah holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the University of Rhode Island, where involvement included supervising residence halls and serving as a pharmacy intern.
