Kimberly Reddington's work experience includes several roles at United Scrap Metal, Inc., starting from 2005. Kimberly began as a Territory Manager and then moved up to become a National Account Manager. Kimberly later became a Senior National Account Manager and then progressed to the position of National Director of Strategic Accounts, where they oversaw key customer accounts and managed a team. Most recently, they served as the National Director of Diversity & Strategic Alliances, where they focused on expanding the company's presence with Fortune 1000 companies and promoting partnerships with Women and Minority Owned businesses. Prior to their time at United Scrap Metal, Inc., they worked as an Account Representative at Chicago Office Technology Group in 2004.
Kimberly Reddington attended Carthage College from 1999 to 2003, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time there, they double majored in Business Administration and Marketing, with a minor in Communications.
