Jen Traeger

Jen Traeger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Traeger Family LP since November 2006, Jen oversees the family's investments in entertainment centers and commercial real estate. As Chair of the Board of Directors for United Skates of America Inc. since January 2021, Jen plays a pivotal role in the world’s largest roller skating center company. Additionally, Jen holds the position of President of the Board of Directors for Relational Life Foundation, advocating for research and education in relational therapy. Involved with Beyond Differences as a Board member, Jen supports initiatives to combat social isolation among youth. Jen's earlier roles include Regional Manager and Director of Leadership Development at United Skates of America Inc., and Chief Financial Officer at YOGASTUDIO. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Accounting from Golden Gate University and ongoing study in Leadership and Performance Coaching at Brown University School of Professional Studies.
