Jason Brown is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in food service, including ownership of a personal chef business since January 2015. Current roles include serving as a Graduation Coach at the United Way of Greater Toledo since August 2013 and previously working as a Sous Chef at Marriott Hotels from July 2018 to November 2020 and at The Toledo Club in late 2014. Additional culinary experience includes positions as Executive Chef at Fifi’s Reprise and Lead Line Cook at Cameron Mitchell Restaurants. Jason also has hands-on experience in meal preparation from roles at Flower Hospital and Marcel Fine Catering. Educational pursuits include studies at Owens Community College and Columbus State Community College, with ongoing education at Owens Community College, anticipated completion in May 2025.
