Lanette Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Lanette currently works as a Lead Faculty for the Online RN-BSN Program at Unitek Learning, a position they have held since April 2021. Prior to this, they served as an Adjunct Faculty for Purdue University Global, Kaplan University, and Olivet Nazarene University, starting in 2008. In addition, Lanette Anderson has previous experience as the Executive Director for the WV State Board of Examiners for LPNs, where they worked from November 1992 to June 2016. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of WV - Office of the Attorney General from May 1992 to November 1992.

Lanette Anderson has a diverse education history, starting with their enrollment at Marshall University from 1978 to 2006. During this period, they earned multiple degrees including an ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing), a BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration), and an MSN (Master of Science in Nursing).
