Gaurav Pusalkar

Gaurav Pusalkar is an experienced professional in the field of sales, business development, and metallurgical quality control, currently serving as Assistant Manager Sales & Business Development at Unitherm Engineers Limited since July 2024. Previously, Gaurav held the position of Deputy Manager in Metallurgical Quality Control and Heat Treatment at Bharat Forge Ltd from June 2018 to June 2024, managing production planning and leading new product development projects while being certified as an IATF, CQI-9, and ISO internal auditor. Gaurav's earlier roles include Engineer in Heat Treatment Production at NRB Bearings Ltd and Junior Engineer at Zf Steering Gear India Ltd, focusing on production activities and quality improvements. Gaurav holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from DNP COE, along with diplomas in Automobile and Metallurgical Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic Dhule and Govt.
