Sudarshan Ch started their work experience in 2010 as an Executive in Human Resources at Magna Infotech Ltd. From there, they moved on to become a Sr. Executive in Human Resources at Schaeffler in 2011. In 2015, Sudarshan joined Wirtgen India Private Limited as an Assistant Manager in the Human Resource department. Sudarshan then worked at Aichelin Unitherm as the Head of Human Resources from 2018 to 2021. Currently, Sudarshan is the Group CHRO at Unitherm Engineers Limited, starting in October 2021.
Sudarshan Ch has a diverse education history. In 2020-2021, they attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management. From 2007 to 2009, Sudarshan obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Amity University. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Andhra University.
