Art Nichols

Art Nichols has extensive experience in technology leadership roles within the telecommunications sector, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Uniti Group Inc. since August 2025. Prior to this, Art held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Windstream from February 2010 to August 2025, and served in various roles including Vice President and Director of Architecture & Technology. Art's career began at NuVox, where responsibilities included Director of Network Architecture, Director of Customer Applications, and Chief Architect from February 2002 to February 2010. Art holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Clemson University, obtained between 1995 and 2000.
