Lin Yang currently serves as the Director of Product Design at Uniti Group Inc. since 2025, following a merger with Windstream, and previously held the same title at Windstream from 2024 to 2025. Lin's prior experience includes roles as a Product Designer at TAG: The Ashley Group, focusing on web product design and user research, and at Qi Health, where Lin led a major redesign of a telehealth platform. Additionally, Lin has a background as a UX Design Fellow at General Assembly and has worked as a consultant for the World Health Organization, designing data analysis tools. Lin's academic credentials include a PhD in Applied Economics and an MSc in Environmental Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, complemented by studies at Princeton University and UCL.
