Nicole Payne is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as a Senior Regional Marketing Operations Consultant at Uniti Group Inc. since February 2024. Previously, Nicole spent nearly two decades at Windstream, progressing from Retail Sales Consultant to Retail Sales Manager, and ultimately to Regional Field Marketing Operations Consultant focused on community engagement in Georgia.
