Stacy Hale

Stacy Hale currently serves as the Regional President of Operations at Uniti Group Inc. since August 2025. Prior to this role, Stacy held the position of Regional President of Operations at Windstream for over 31 years, encompassing responsibilities for operations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi. Stacy's experience at Windstream also includes roles as Area Manager of Operations and Local Manager of Operations, as well as starting a career as a Telecommunications Technician. Stacy completed education at Wallace State from 1985 to 1987 and graduated from Falkville High School in 1985.
