John Vassiliou

John Vassiliou has a diverse range of work experience in various IT roles. John has worked as a Head of IT Operations at Uniting AgeWell since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Consultant at Enisio starting in 2021. From 2023 to 2023, they served as a Service Delivery Manager at Service Victoria. John also has experience as a self-employed Owner Builder, managing the renovation of a property and integrating a centralised smart home system. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Wilson Parking Australia in the Project Management Office, developing a workforce management model. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Head of IT Service Delivery and Operations at Cbus Super Fund, responsible for various IT services. Prior to that, they worked at Agrium as an Applications Operations Manager and at National Australia Bank in various roles, including Service Engagement Manager, Systems Management - Manager, and Application Manager. Throughout their career, John has demonstrated expertise in IT operations, project management, and service delivery.

John Vassiliou attended Northcote High School from 1984 to 1989, obtaining HSC/VCE. John then pursued a Bachelor of Business in Information Technology from Victoria University, specializing in Computing, Information Management, and Management Accounting, from 1990 to 1992. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the ITIL 4 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2019 and the Certificate IV in Project Management from UNE Partnerships in 2010.
