James Garrett is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality systems, performance management, and compliance within the social services sector. Currently serving as the Quality Systems and Performance Team Leader at Uniting Vic.Tas since July 2017, James has held various roles including Program Lead for Performance Analytics and Performance Manager for Employment Services. Prior experience includes a role as Contract/Grant Agreement Manager at the Department of Social Services and Contracts and Compliance Consultant at Wesley Mission Victoria. James began career at AMES Australia, contributing as both a Compliance and Training Officer and Employment Consultant. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from Victoria University and VCE from Frankston High School.
