Clare Templeman

Clare Templeman has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Clare is currently working as the Finance Director for Unitrust Protection Services, starting in 2023. Prior to this, Clare worked as the Senior Director at Warner Music Group, where they led the UK group's shared services function and was responsible for transactional finance, management accounts, and FP&A. Clare held this role from 2021 to 2023. Before joining Warner Music Group, Clare was the Financial Controller/Head of Transactional Finance at The Ivy Collection from 2019 to 2021. In 2019, they also took on a short-term role of Relocation. Prior to that, Clare worked at Turtle Bay Restaurants as the Head of Finance and later as the Financial Controller from 2017 to 2019. Clare also has experience as a Senior Business Planning Analyst at Nutricia Medical Nutrition from 2015 to 2017 and as a Group Reporting Accountant at Mitie from 2012 to 2015. Clare started their career as an Assistant Tax Advisor at Ernst & Young from 2008 to 2011, where they gained experience in tax advisory, auditing tax disclosures, and drafting tax reports. Additionally, Clare worked as an MI Accountant at Zurich Life from 2011 to 2012, where they assisted in producing monthly management information reports and gained Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification. Overall, Clare has a diverse background in finance and accounting, with experience in various industries and roles.
