Karen L. Carson

Karen L. Carson, CUDE, currently serves as the Assistant Manager of the Call Center at Unitus Community Credit Union since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Learning Specialist and Supervisor of the Member Contact Center at SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union from January 2012 to December 2020, as well as a Service Manager at Wells Fargo from October 2000 to September 2010. Karen L. Carson pursued education at Golden West College in 2011 and continues studies at Fullerton College since January 2016.
