Michael Namba

Michael Namba, CUDE, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Unitus Community Credit Union since 2022. Previously, Michael held the role of Chief Financial Officer at San Francisco Federal Credit Union from 2015 to 2021, where responsibilities included leading financial strategies for a $1.3 billion asset credit union and overseeing various administrative functions. Michael has extensive experience in financial leadership, having served as Chief Financial Officer at Focus Business Bank, Legacy Bank, N.A., and as a management consultant at MTN Advisory Services. Early in the career, Michael worked as a Senior Investment Banker and VP of Strategic Planning and Accounting at prominent financial institutions including Merrill Lynch and Silicon Valley Bank. Michael holds a BS in Accounting from San Jose State University.
