John J. Kauchak

John J. Kauchak has been in the financial industry for over 40 years. John started their career in 1972 and has since held various positions within the industry. In 1991, they joined the Resolution Trust Company as a Closing Manager. Kauchak was responsible for orchestrating and preparing savings and loans to be closed and/or sold. John also worked on various special projects during their time at the company. In 1995, they left the Resolution Trust Company to join Unity Bank as the Executive VP & Chief Operating Officer. Kauchak has been with Unity Bank for over 20 years and is responsible for the overall operation of the bank.
