Tammy Brockmann

Tammy Brockmann has extensive experience in clinic and healthcare management. Tammy has worked as a Clinic Supervisor/Health Center Supervisor at Unity Care NW, where they oversaw the day-to-day operations of a busy FQHC. Tammy was responsible for supervising staff, ensuring quality objectives were met, addressing facility concerns, and implementing continuous improvement projects. Prior to that, Tammy worked as a Supervisor at Cascade Dafo and as a Clinic Manager II at PeaceHealth Saint Joseph Medical Center, where they managed clinic operations, handled financial analysis and budget planning, and implemented projects to improve patient care and operational efficiencies. Tammy also served as a Practice Manager at Family Care Network and as a Business & Admitting Office Project Manager and Instructional Technologist at IASIS Jordan Valley Hospital, where they oversaw the implementation of new electronic record-keeping software and managed multiple projects and team members. Tammy is skilled in personnel administration, payroll administration, and creating and implementing policies and procedures.

Tammy Brockmann has a background in pre-medicine/pre-medical studies from Idaho State University. Tammy then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Sciences from the University of Wyoming. Later, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health Services/Allied Health/Health Sciences from the same university. Additionally, Tammy has certifications as a Medical Technologist from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) and as a lay counselor from Stephen Ministry. Tammy has also completed approximately 250 continuing education credit hours in various areas such as clinic management, healthcare transition, continuous improvement and LEAN, patient satisfaction, staff satisfaction, human development laboratory science, anatomy, computer applications, office/time management, and more, through the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).
