Joe Di Natale has extensive experience in customer support and technical services, specializing in Tier 3 support for installations and upgrades. Currently serving as the Service Manager for the Customer Support Center at Unity Connected Solutions since November 2010, Joe has achieved certifications as a Callpilot Expert and CS1000 Rls 7. Prior roles include providing Tier 3 support at Smart IP and Lexsys Networks from 2006 to 2010 and 2000 to 2006, respectively, as well as at MTI Modular Telephone Interface from 1998 to 2000. Early experience includes technician roles at MTI and Modular Telephone Interface from 1988 to 1998. Joe's educational background includes a High School Diploma in Science from St. Thomas Aquinas and earlier studies at St. James School.
