Pamela Banchy

VP, Clinical Informatics & Transformation & CIO at Unity Health Network

As part of Unity Health Network’s senior management team, Ms. Banchy brings clinical insight in providing vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives that meet the mission of this growing multispecialty medical practice. She is responsible for the Information technology strategy and management of the electronic medical record across all areas, including security and supports the development and maintenance of software to meet regulatory requirements for provider regulatory compliance and patient quality outcomes and transitions of care. Under her leadership, Unity Health Network has been named among the nation’s “Most Wired” ambulatory healthcare organizations. Ms. Banchy was recently named one of the top “100 Hospital and Health System CIOs to Know” and “130 Women Hospital and Health System Leaders to Know” in Becker’s Hospital Review, and as a “CIO Superstar” in Health Management Technology magazine.

She has more than 15 years of Healthcare IT experience, most recently serving as System Director, Clinical Information Systems at Summa Health System, and before that, as Corporate Director, Clinical Systems at University Hospitals of Cleveland. Pam is certified in Nursing Informatics (RN-BC), is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and is a graduate of Ursuline College and Ohio Northern University.
