Heather Garbarino

Heather Garbarino is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in pediatric care and perioperative settings. Currently employed at Rochester Regional Health since September 2023, Heather previously worked at Cayuga Medical Center at Ithaca since December 2015 and held positions in various roles, including Pediatric Emergency Department and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at All Medical Personnel and Cross Country Healthcare. Prior nursing roles include work at Ithaca Dialysis Center and the University of Rochester Medical Center, where responsibilities encompassed pediatric perioperative care and departmental support. Heather also served as a Regional Manager and Project Manager for Finger Lakes Performing Provider System. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Rochester School of Nursing and a Master of Science in Education from Elmira College.
