Kelly McCormick-Sullivan

McCormick-Sullivan is a seasoned senior executive with a specialty in non-profit and healthcare leadership. She has served as president & CEO of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Rochester, NY, president of CommuniCare Partners, LLC, and president & CEO of the Pluta Cancer Center. Additionally, McCormick-Sullivan held senior leadership roles within healthcare IT, energy services and higher education.

McCormick-Sullivan has a strong record of commitment to community with service on the several boards including: the Catherine Violet Hubbard Foundation, the Nazareth Women’s Leadership Council, Golisano Children’s Hospital, the Summit Federal Credit Union Nominating Committee, the Rochester Hearing and Speech Center, the Northeast American Lung Association Leadership Board, the Women’s Foundation of Genesee Valley and the Rochester Institute of Technology Health System’s Administration Advisory Board.

McCormick-Sullivan holds a M.A. in public communication from American University, a M.S in health systems administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology, a M.A certificate in human resources from Cornell University and a B.A. in politics from the Catholic University of America. McCormick-Sullivan lives in Rochester, NY with her husband, Dan, and three kids. She enjoys travel, skiing, running and yoga.
