Matthew Lowey

Matthew Lowey currently serves as the Director of Identity and Access Management at Rochester Regional Health, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Lowey worked at Excellus BCBS from June 2015 to February 2025 as the Manager of Identity and Access Management, where responsibilities included collaborating with the CISO to develop and implement identity services and the information security IAM program. Earlier experience includes serving as the Identity Management Lead and Application Security Analyst at Eastman Kodak Company from September 1999 to April 2015, overseeing the Global Identity Management team. Lowey's career began at Laminating Arts and Finishes as an Estimator and IT support from February 1994 to September 1999. Educational qualifications include a BS in English from SUNY Brockport and an Associate's degree in Accounting from Monroe Community College.
