Caroline Pullan

Caroline Pullan possesses extensive experience in quality improvement and health management within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Quality & Process Improvement in Workplace Health, Safety, and Wellness at Unity Health Toronto since July 2019, Caroline has previously held roles such as Quality Improvement Specialist and Quality Improvement Analyst at The Hospital for Sick Children. Additional experience includes positions at St. Michael's Hospital as an Education Coordinator, and various roles at Brock University and Niagara Region in community engagement and health education. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Quality from Queen's University and a Bachelor's degree in Public Health with Honours from Brock University, complemented by an exchange program at Curtin University.
