Dale Clement

Dale Clement is an experienced healthcare leader currently serving as the Vice President of Clinical Programs, Strategy and Transformation at Unity Health Toronto since June 2019. As President of Health Care Consulting since May 2017, Dale provides strategic leadership consultation, operational planning, and mentorship in healthcare leadership. Previously, Dale held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Waterloo Wellington CCAC from January 2015 to May 2017 and served as Chief Operating Officer at Halton Healthcare Services from September 2009 to January 2015, where responsibilities included clinical integration leadership for the Oakville site and new Oakville Hospital. Additional experience includes roles as ED / ALC Strategy Lead at MHLHIN from August 2008 to September 2009 and Director of Client Services at multiple CCACs from 2003 to 2008. Dale holds an MBA and a Master of Nursing from Athabasca University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ryerson University.
