Felicia Franco

Felicia Franco currently serves as the Clinical Operations Lead at Unity Health Toronto, overseeing the day-to-day operations of Withdrawal Management Services since January 2022. Responsibilities include program and staff development, evidence-based policy creation, and operational tasks such as scheduling and ordering. Prior to this, Felicia worked as an Addictions Worker at St. Joseph's Health Centre from September 2011 to January 2022, providing client assessments and crisis intervention. Additional experience encompasses teaching at Pures College of Technology, offering crisis support at Herizon House and Durham Mental Health Services, and serving in various roles that enhance addiction treatment and mental health support. Felicia holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from York University, a diploma in Drug & Alcohol Addictions Counselling from Fleming College, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto Scarborough.
