Tracy Hodder

Tracy Hodder is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as the Administrative Assistant to the Director of Workplace Health, Safety and Wellness at Unity Health Toronto since March 2023. As the owner of Master of Minutes since December 2018, Tracy specializes in providing minute-taking services for Condo Boards across Toronto. With a notable background at the Victorian Order of Nurses for Canada from September 2016 to March 2023, Tracy held roles as an Administrative Specialist and Executive Assistant, delivering senior-level support to management teams and enhancing client safety and engagement. Additional experience includes a significant tenure at HealthForceOntario, where Tracy coordinated administrative support for over 40 team members, as well as board management roles at the Adoption Council of Ontario and The Gatehouse. Prior experience encompasses key administrative positions at the Toronto Board of Trade and J.C. Williams Group. Tracy holds a Certificate in Volunteer Management from Humber College.
