Regina Lindsay

Regina Lindsay, MBA, has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Unity Health Care. Regina is also a DEI/HR Facilitator at Netwomen™️. Before these roles, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Thought Partners, LLC. Prior to that, Regina held various positions at YesCare, including EVP & Chief Human Resources Officer, SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer, and Director Human Resources-Community Operations. Regina also worked as a Regional Director of Human Resources at Beverage Distribution Center Inc., Canada Dry, Pepsi Cola & National Brands Ltd., and as a Senior Regional HR Business Partner at Corizon Health, now YesCare. Regina has previous experience at Pepco Holdings as a Principal HR Business Partner and Lead HR Business Partner. Regina also served as an HR Business Partner at Verizon and as a Division HR Manager II-Dept Head at US Foods.

Regina Lindsay holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Management from the University of Phoenix, which they obtained in 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management, with a minor in Business Management, from Virginia State University in 1998.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Regina has obtained several certifications, including being an ELI Certified Instructor for Civil Treatment for Leaders/Civil Treatment for Employees from ELI, Inc in 2019. Regina also holds a Human Resource Management Certificate from Prince George's Community College in 2011, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Cintas in 2006, and is a Notary Public, obtaining their certification from the Maryland office of the Secretary of State in December 2020.
