Matthew Godden

Matthew Godden is an experienced program manager currently working at Unity House of Cayuga County Inc since October 2019, where responsibilities include staff oversight, training, and ensuring program compliance with budgetary guidelines. Prior experience includes roles as a vocational trainer at Cantalician Center for Learning and various instructional positions in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at organizations such as SPAR Self Defense and Western New York Mixed Martial Arts. Matthew has also held management positions in community services, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational skills across multiple sectors, including human services and martial arts instruction. Educational qualifications consist of an Associate's degree in Human Services from PennWest Edinboro, as well as black belts in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Alliance Jiu-Jitsu.
