Alyssa Rountree Guillory has a diverse work experience in marketing roles. Alyssa started at Pelican State Credit Union as a Marketing Specialist, where they collaborated with the marketing team to develop strategies and promotions focused on increasing products per household and loan growth. Alyssa also helped develop and implement a company-wide branding strategy.
Alyssa then moved on to LSP Products Group as a Marketing Coordinator, where they collaborated with the marketing team and regional sales managers to develop marketing collateral and facilitated regional sales managers with ongoing requests. Alyssa implemented a new website and email marketing strategy that increased user experience, product identification, and resulted in additional sales.
Alyssa then joined Metro Medical Credit Union as a Marketing Director, where they developed and executed strategic marketing plans and oversaw the corporate website. Alyssa also developed community partnerships and managed relationships with Select Employer Groups.
Alyssa'smost recent position was as Vice President of Marketing at UNITY ONE CREDIT UNION. In this role, they were responsible for planning, developing, and implementing all credit union marketing activities. Alyssa created and implemented marketing programs to increase product penetration, member growth, and retention. Alyssa also served as a brand champion and staff cheerleader.
Throughout their various roles, Alyssa has demonstrated strong skills in strategic marketing, budget management, community outreach, and brand development.
Alyssa Rountree Guillory completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Louisiana State University, attending from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Credit Union Manager from CUES in August 2020 and a certification as a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) from the Credit Union National Association in October 2018.
