Ram Kunwar

Ram Kunwar is an experienced human resources professional with over 18 years in the banking and finance sector. Currently serving as the Head HR for Consumer Banking at Unity Small Finance Bank since October 2022, Ram's previous roles include Assistant Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate HR Business Partner at HDFC Bank, where responsibilities encompassed corporate strategy and HR partnerships. Prior to HDFC Bank, Ram worked as a Sports Coordinator at Saran Presents Pvt. Ltd. and as a Senior Customer Service Representative at Transworks Information Services Ltd. Academic qualifications include a PGDM in Human Resource Management and a PGDM in Marketing from Welingkar Institute of Management, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
