Karen Hale

Karen Hale is a seasoned professional in global mobility with extensive experience leading teams and managing relocation, immigration, and contingent workforce operations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Mobility at Unity since August 2021, Karen oversees all activities related to these areas across 25 countries and has successfully streamlined supplier relationships. Karen's career progression includes roles at BD, where advancement from Global Mobility Manager to Senior Manager occurred, and earlier positions at CapRelo, Conduent, Novartis, Cartus, Ernst & Young, and TXU. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Service from Baylor University and a Master of Science in International Affairs from Florida State University.
