Miles Ott is a highly experienced data scientist with a strong background in biostatistics and data analysis. Currently serving as a Staff Data Scientist for Unity since July 2025, Miles previously held similar roles at Tubi and Twitter, where data science experimentation leadership was a key focus. Additional significant experience includes senior data scientist positions at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson and various academic roles at Smith College and Augsburg College. Miles holds a PhD in Biostatistics from Brown University, a Master of Science in Biostatistics from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Minnesota.
