Ian Mylon

Ian Mylon is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Unity Insights since September 2021. In this role, they focus on improving lives through the analysis and evaluation of innovation in healthcare. As a board member, they lead finance, project management/delivery, recruitment, and internal operations.

Prior to their current position, Ian worked as the Head of Analytics Delivery at Kent Surrey Sussex Academic Health Science Network from August 2019 to September 2021.

From July 2017 to August 2019, they worked at Hastings Direct as the Senior Peril Analytics Manager.

Before that, Ian served as the Director at Fully Retro Ltd from October 2014 to July 2017.

From November 2005 to October 2014, they were the Corporate Analytics Manager at AXA PPP healthcare.

Ian's professional journey began at Fitch Ratings, where they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst from June 2003 to November 2005.

Ian Mylon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Reading, where they studied from 1999 to 2002.
