Jeff Kilzer

Jeff Kilzer is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and system maintenance. Currently serving as a Senior Technician at All Systems Go LLC since June 2017, Jeff specializes in building and repairing PCs and servers, as well as network and telephone cabling. Jeff has been with Iowa Health System since July 2005 as a Deskside Support Technician, resolving technical issues related to desktops, printers, and networks. Past roles include Migration Technician at TekSystems, where Jeff worked on desktop OS migrations, and Technical Support Specialist at Sioux City Truck Sales, where a helpdesk system was developed to enhance troubleshooting capabilities. Jeff's career began in the United States Air Force, focusing on telecommunications. Jeff holds an Associate's degree from Western Iowa Tech, attained between 1998 and 2001.
