Jennifer Rodefeld

Jennifer Rodefeld is an experienced organizational development professional with a demonstrated history of leadership in talent management and learning strategies. Currently serving as Senior Talent Management Organizational Development Consultant at UnityPoint Health since June 2020, Rodefeld previously held various roles at Care Wisconsin over two decades, including Director of Learning and Organizational Development, where responsibilities spanned the development and implementation of training programs, particularly in Lean Six Sigma and motivational interviewing. Rodefeld has extensive experience in overseeing organizational learning plans, implementing Learning Management Systems, and managing care programs, complemented by a Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
