Rumame Samuels Bryant is an experienced leader in human resources and total rewards, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at UnityPoint Health since September 2020. In this role, Rumame provides strategic direction for compensation, benefits, and wellness programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and enhancing team member performance. Prior to UnityPoint Health, Rumame held the position of Director of Human Resources Services at Navicent Health and led the compensation and benefits functions at University of Mississippi Medical Center and Clemson University. Rumame's career began in 2000 at Georgia Health Sciences Health System, focusing on compensation and performance management. Rumame holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Clemson University.
