Julien Cardon

Julien Cardon has over 15 years of experience in the field of engineering, particularly in the design and development of disposable bioreactors and related technologies for vaccine and gene therapy applications. Currently serving as the Life-cycle Engineering Manager for Single-use at Univercells Technologies and previously held roles at UNIVERCELLS as Equipment Development Leader and Pall Life Sciences as R&D Manager, leading teams and overseeing the creation of process documentation, product validation, and manufacturing process improvements. Julien also has experience in product development management at ATMI LifeSciences and as a Development Engineer at Artelis, demonstrating expertise in cross-functional team management, customer relationship leadership, and technical support to sales and marketing. Academically, Julien holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculté Polytechnique de Mons and a Black Belt in Design For Six Sigma from Air Academy Associates.
