Kathy Britts has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as a Senior Loan Processor at Universal American Mortgage Company since June 2015, specializing in processing various types of loans including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Bond loans for both new construction and existing homes. Previous roles include Underwriter at JCIII & Associates, Closer at Uptown Title LLC, Mortgage Processor at Fiduciary Funding, and Senior Mortgage Closer at USAA. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration and Management from St. Petersburg College, along with an Associate of Arts in Communication and Media Studies.
