Michael Konieczny

Michael Konieczny has extensive experience in the field of research and development, particularly in the styling and aerosol products industry. Michael currently holds the position of Director of Research and Development at Universal Beauty Products Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Scientist at AVLON INDUSTRIES, INC. and Lubrizol Advanced Materials. At these companies, they were responsible for developing and overseeing the production of various styling and aerosol products. Before that, Michael worked at Unilever and Alberto Culver, where they held roles such as Principal Scientist, Group Leader, and Senior Research Chemist. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated their expertise in formulating, product development, optimization, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Michael Konieczny completed their education at the University of Illinois at Chicago from 1978 to 1982. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry with a strong emphasis on Mathematics and Antiquities.
