Karina Dean serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Koimene Impact Foundation since December 2018 and holds the position of Human Resources Manager at Universal Companies since January 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, departmental planning, training, policy development, compensation, benefits, employee wellness, and relations.
