Almansyah Sinatrya has extensive experience in the agricultural industry, specializing in tobacco cultivation and horticulture seed production. Currently, working as a Special Project Manager at Universal Leaf Tobacco Company, Almansyah leads initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness in tobacco cultivation. With a background in Agronomy and Crop Science, Almansyah holds a Master's degree from the University of Jember and has a proven track record of success in various roles, including R&D Manager and Field Specialist. Recently, Almansyah also took on the role of External Auditor at ASIIN e.V., showcasing a diverse skill set and expertise in the field.
