Candace C. Formacek

Candace C. Formacek, Vice President and Treasurer, has served as Vice President and Treasurer of Universal since 2012. Ms. Formacek joined Universal as Assistant Treasurer of Universal Leaf Tobacco Company, Inc. in 2009 and was elected Treasurer of Universal Leaf Tobacco Company, Inc. in 2011.. Prior to joining Universal, she served as Treasurer of Chesapeake Corporation from 2005 to 2009. Ms. Formacek serves as Secretary to the Finance Committee and Pension Investment Committee.
